Connect to SAS Xpt

To connect to SAS Xpt in :
  1. Open the Connections page of the dashboard.
  2. Click Add Connection to open the Select Connectors page.
  3. Click the Sources tab and locate the SAS Xpt row.
  4. Click the Configure Connection icon at the end of that row. If you do not see the Configure Connection icon, add the connector from the Connections page.
  5. Enter the following connection settings on the Settings tab:
    • URI: Enter the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for your SAS Xpt resource location.
    • Connection Type: Select the connection type that you want to use. The default type is Local.
    • Auth Scheme: Select the auth scheme that you want to use. The default type is None.
  6. Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
  7. Click Create & Test to create your connection.
