Add the Freshdesk Connector
Complete Your Connection
To complete your connection:-
Specify the following properties:
- Domain: Enter the domain that is associated with your account (for example, https://DomainValue.freshdesk.com).

API Key: Enter the API key for your account. Follow these steps to locate your API key:
- Log in to your Freshdesk support portal.
- Click your profile picture (top right corner) and select Settings. The API key is available on the Settings page below the Change Password section.
- Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
- Click Create & Test to create your connection.
