Add the Confluence Connector
Authenticate to Confluence
After you add the connector, you need to set the required properties. URL: Enter the URL for your Confluence instance (for example, https://YourSiteName.atlassian.net). supports authenticating to in several ways. Select your authentication method below to proceed to the relevant section that contains the authentication details.OAuth
Basic
API Token
To connect with an API token, specify the following properties:- Auth Scheme: Select APIToken.
- User: Enter the username that you use to authenticate to your Confluence account.
- API Token: Enter the API token that is associated with the currently authenticated user. To obtain a token, login to your Atlassian account and select API tokens > Create API token. Then copy the token that is generated.
Crowd
To connect with single sign-on (SSO) via Atlassian Crowd, specify the following properties:- Auth Scheme: Select Crowd.
- User: Enter the username that you use to authenticate to your Confluence account.
- Password: Enter the password that you use to authenticate to your Confluence account.
- SSO Login URL: Enter the login URL that is used by your SSO provider.
- SSO Exchange UrI: Enter the Partner Service Identifier URI that is configured in your PingFederate server instance. The URI is available under SP Connections > SP Connection > WS-Trust > Protocol Settings.
- SSO App Name: Enter the name of the application in which SSO is enabled.
- SSO App Password: Enter the password of the application in which SSO is enabled.

Complete Your Connection
To complete your connection:- Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
- Connect to to connect to your account.
- Click Create & Test to create your connection.
