Add the Zoho CRM Connector

Complete Your Connection

To complete your connection:
  1. Specify the following properties:
    • Region: Enter the top-level domain (TLD) in the server URL. The default TLD region is US.
    • Schema: Enter the version that you want to use. The default version is v4.
    • Use COQL: Select whether you want to use the Query API to retrieve data. By default, the Enable checkbox is not selected.
  2. Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
  3. Click Connect to to connect to your account.
  4. Click Create & Test to create your connection.
