What static IP addresses does Cloud use?

Cloud uses a defined range of static IP addresses to communicate with external data sources. If your environment restricts outbound connections, you might need to whitelist the following addresses to ensure that Cloud can access external servers:

Can I change the time zone that the server uses?

Which connectors are not available in Cloud?

A few connectors that are available in the on-premises version of are not supported in Cloud. The following connectors are not available:
  • Informix (Native)
  • QuickBooks
  • SAP ERP
  • Sybase IQ
  • Teradata

Are there any known service outages?

How can I upgrade my Cloud instance to the latest version?

Currently, Cloud instances are upgraded only by customer request. An administrative user can contact Technical Support to schedule an upgrade to the latest version. Be sure to include your preferred upgrade time (between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST) to help avoid potential interruptions.
