Authenticate to ClickHouse

After you add the connector, you need to set the required properties.
  • Protocol: Select a protocol from the drop-down list (HTTP or TLS/SSL ). HTTP is the default value.
  • Endpoint: Enter the URL of the endpoint that you want to use.
  • Port: Enter the port number for the ClickHouse server. The default port value is 8123.
  • Database: Enter the name of your ClickHouse database.
  • User: Enter the username that you use to authenticate to ClickHouse.
  • Password: Enter the password that you use to authenticate to ClickHouse.

Complete Your Connection

To complete your connection:
  1. Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
  2. Click Create & Test to create your connection.
