# XML

CData Sync アプリケーションからXML コネクタを使用して、XML からデータを取得してサポートされている任意の同期先に移動できます。これを行うには、コネクタを追加し、コネクタへの認証を行い、接続を完了する必要があります。

## Connect to XML

To connect to XML in Sync:

1. Open the **Connections** page of the Sync dashboard.
2. Click **Add Connection** to open the **Select Connectors** page.
3. Click the **Sources** tab and locate the **XML** row.
4. Click the **Configure Connection** icon at the end of that row. If you do not see the **Configure Connection** icon, add the connector from the [Connections](https://docs.sync.cdata.com/26.4/ja/connections/connections.md) page.
5. Enter the following connection settings on the **Settings** tab:
   * **Connection Type:** Select the connection type for your XML resources. The default type is **Auto**.
   * **Data Model:** Select the data model that you want to use for parsing XML documents and generating the database metadata.
   * **URI:** Enter the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for your XML resource location.
   * **XPath:** Enter the XML path that repeats at the same level within the XML document. You can specify multiple paths in a semicolon-separated list.
   * **XML Format:** Select the XML format that you want to use. The default format is **XML**.
6. Define advanced connection settings on the **Advanced** tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
7. Click **Create & Test** to create your connection.
